Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations (Public Space Surveillance) (QCF) is a qualification for individuals who work or would like to work as a CCTV Operator. It is based on the SIA Specification for Learning and Qualifications for CCTV Control Room Operators (PSS) and successful completion of the qualification enables learners to apply for an SIA licence for CCTV Operators.
